Polyurethane Foam Reactor SG-550 means Optional Machine Configuration

100 meters of spray gun supply hose can be attached to this Reactor. Polyurethane foam pipes are heated all the way up the hose. Because of the great power of the machine, spraying can be performed efficiently on large areas, such as roofs on school buildings, hypermarkets, farms, silos, etc. In order to push an agent up to 90 meters up, a very high pump power is required. Our Polyurethane Foam Reactor can handle investments where very long (100m) supply hose is essensial. This machine is a world leader in foam and polyurethane spraying. It is comparable to expensive machines of US origin.

This Polyurethane Foam reactor is large in size compared to other machines in our range as it is more technologically advanced and has twice as much power. This reactor is not usually moved all the way to the place of spraying, but instead the supplying hose of the spray gun is used. Leaving the reactor in the vehicle saves a lot of time, that would be otherwise spent on transporting the machine to the workplace.

SG-500 system is suitable for indoor and outdoor thermal insulation. It is also used as a polyurethane foaming machine. Thanks to increased heating power, material can be sprayed even in winter, when temperatures fall to 0^oC. Tthe weather will not disturb your plans. Spraying is efficient  with both opened and closed-cell foam types.
