Pneumatic spray machine uses compressed air to cause the movement of the piston which pushes material into the hoses. Hydraulic spray machine for polyurethane foam is more complex in construction and is based on compressed oil usage. Compressed oil causes reciprocating motion of the piston. The piston pushes the pressurized material into the hoses and then into the spray gun.
