Omron Controller for polyurethane spray machines is responsible for setting the appropriate temperature, required for the heating of the polyurethane foam components. Adjusting and operating Omron Controller is intuitive and very easy.
Notice: You need to calibrate the controller before connecting extensions to spray hose, because when the hose is elongated, it’s electrical resistance changes and the Omron display may be wrong.
Please, keep in mind that the controller is prone to damages when the network’s voltage is too high or a short circuit occurs somewhere in the line. It is recommended to buy the tester for 32A sockets. You can never be too cautious when connecting your machine to a new, unknown line, as there is no telling what hides inside or what can happen after connection is made. The tester minimizes the risk of damages caused by malfunctioning of the power supply.
